About the event
Our Traditional Owners of the Whitsundays invite us all to join them at our very first cultural event to welcome our whales to the iconic Whitsundays!
Whales arrive within the iconic protected area of the Whitsunday islands to breed and have their babies, for thousands of years our Traditional Owners have watched over our Whales.
Come and hear their stories about their connections to these spectacular animals.
Witness a traditional welcoming and smoking ceremony.
Our kids can get involved and be part of the celebrations to!!!
